Terms & Conditions
Terms governing use of the Click Migration website, online booking, secure workspace, and related services.
Effective 2 August 2026 · Last updated 2 August 2026
These Terms & Conditions apply when you access clickmigration.com.au or use our online services. By using our website you agree to these terms. They do not replace a written service agreement for migration work — fees, scope, and deliverables for application preparation are agreed separately before that work begins. Viewing this website or sending a general enquiry does not by itself create a registered migration agent/client relationship.

About Click Migration
Click Migration provides registered migration agent services in Australia. Our registered migration agent is Parveen Kumar (Migration Agent Registration Number 1801563), based in Perth, Western Australia. The agent is regulated by OMARA and must comply with the Code of Conduct for registered migration agents prescribed under the Migration (Migration Agents Code of Conduct) Regulations 2021.
Click Migration is not a law firm.
Use of this website
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not attempt to interfere with the security or operation of the site, scrape content without permission, upload malicious or prohibited content, or use the site in any way that could harm Click Migration, other users, or third parties.
We may suspend or restrict access to the website or online services if we reasonably believe these terms have been breached or if maintenance or security requires it.
General information — not personalised advice
Content on this website — including service descriptions, FAQs, and resources — is general information only. It is not immigration legal advice and, on its own, does not create a client relationship or professional engagement.
Personalised immigration assistance is provided only after we understand your circumstances — typically through a paid consultation or a formal written agreement for case work.
Visa requirements, processing times, and policy settings change frequently. You should not rely on website content alone when making decisions about your migration options.
Consultations and fees
Consultation types may be free or paid depending on the service selected. Fees, duration, and inclusions are shown on our Fees page and during the online booking process before you confirm an appointment.
Where GST applies to a consultation fee, it is included in the price displayed at booking unless stated otherwise.
Unless stated otherwise at booking, consultation fees are payable at the time of booking for paid appointments.
A consultation provides professional advice based on the information you supply at that time. No visa outcome is assured. Additional fees for application preparation, document review, and lodgement are agreed in writing before we commence that work.
Government charges (such as visa application charges) are separate from our professional fees and are ordinarily payable directly to the Department of Home Affairs unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Online booking, payments, and changes
When you book online, you agree to provide accurate contact details and to attend at the scheduled time or use the self-service options we provide to reschedule or cancel before the applicable cutoff.
After you select a time, the platform may hold the slot temporarily (typically up to 10 minutes) while you complete payment for paid consultations. If payment is not completed in time, the hold may expire and the slot may become available to others.
Paid consultations are processed through Stripe. Card details are handled by Stripe in accordance with its terms and privacy policy.
Booking confirmation is sent by email once payment is successful (or immediately for free consultations). The cancellation and rescheduling cutoff for your appointment is configured per consultation type and is shown in your booking confirmation and management links. Online cancellation and rescheduling are available only until that cutoff.
Cancelling online stops the appointment and releases the calendar slot. Cancelling online does not automatically refund a completed payment. Refund eligibility and amounts depend on the circumstances and any policy communicated at booking or in your confirmation. Refunds of completed card payments, where agreed, are processed manually by us through Stripe and may be full or partial.
We may reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances. If payment has been collected and we cancel, we will offer a refund or alternative appointment as appropriate.
Appointment reminders may be sent by email or SMS where contact details are provided and SMS reminders are enabled.
Failure to attend a scheduled consultation without cancelling in accordance with the applicable policy does not entitle you to a refund unless we agree otherwise.
Secure client workspace
Where we provide a secure workspace for document upload, access is via a unique link and email verification code. You are responsible for keeping the link and codes confidential and notifying us promptly if you believe access has been compromised.
You may upload files only for items we have requested and only while the item status allows upload or replacement. Accepted file types and size limits are shown in the workspace interface.
Uploaded files may be scanned for malware where scanning is enabled. Infected or unscannable files may be rejected.
Uploading a file records it for our review. Uploading or submitting documents through the workspace does not mean the documents have been accepted as complete, verified, or lodged with the Department of Home Affairs.
We may request replacements or additional documents, provide review notes, and mirror accepted files to connected cloud storage (such as Google Drive) for case management.
You should retain your own copies of original documents. Service interruptions may temporarily affect upload or access.
You confirm that documents you provide are accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to provide them to us for your migration matter.
Your obligations
When engaging our services, you agree to:
- Provide complete, accurate, and timely information relevant to your matter.
- Respond promptly to reasonable requests for documents or clarification.
- Inform us of material changes to your circumstances that may affect advice or applications.
- Pay agreed fees in accordance with our payment terms.
- Not misrepresent facts to us, government authorities, or any third party in connection with your matter.
Our services and professional standards
Where you have engaged us for professional services, we provide those services with reasonable care and skill consistent with the standards expected of a registered migration agent, within the scope of our engagement and applicable law.
We cannot control Department of Home Affairs processing times, policy changes, or decision outcomes. We will communicate material developments and explain options available to you within the scope of our engagement.
If a conflict of interest arises, we will disclose it and take appropriate steps in accordance with the Code of Conduct for registered migration agents.
Migration agent complaints
If you have a complaint about the conduct of our registered migration agent, please contact us first so we can try to resolve the matter.
You may also make a complaint to OMARA about a registered migration agent. Information is available on the OMARA website at mara.gov.au.
Privacy complaints about how we handle personal information are addressed in our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual property
Website content — including text, design, logos, and resources — is owned by or licensed to Click Migration. You may view and print content for personal reference but may not reproduce, distribute, or commercialise it without our written permission.
Advice letters, checklists, and documents we prepare for your matter are provided for your use in connection with your migration matter and may not be republished or used to advise third parties without our consent.
Third-party services
Our website integrates with third-party services including payment processing (Stripe), email delivery (Resend and/or Brevo), SMS delivery (ClickSend), Google services where connected (Calendar, Drive, Contacts, Places), cloud storage, website hosting (Vercel), and analytics tools where enabled. Your use of those services may be subject to their separate terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for the availability or conduct of third-party platforms beyond our reasonable control.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by the Australian Consumer Law and other applicable legislation, Click Migration is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or reliance on general information published on it.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies non-excludable rights and remedies under the Australian Consumer Law. Our liability for services provided under a formal engagement is addressed in our service agreement and professional obligations as a registered migration agent.
You use this website at your own risk. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using our website and services, you acknowledge that you have read that policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia and the Commonwealth of Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia for disputes arising from website use.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The "Last updated" date indicates when changes were published. Material changes will be published on this page. Continued use of the website after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
